These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Transa, an AI-powered real-time voice and text translation service operated by PT Setyova Inovasi Teknologi, available at transa.setyova.com. By using Transa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
Transa provides real-time translation of voice and text between supported languages. Translations are generated automatically and, while we aim for high quality, may not always be fully accurate. You are responsible for verifying any translation before relying on it for important purposes.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Transa.
4. Balance, Vouchers & Purchases
- Translation time is consumed from your balance as you use the service.
- Balance may be added through purchases or by redeeming valid vouchers.
- Unless required by applicable law, purchased balance and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Transa for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Translate content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Transa, including its name, logo, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit for translation.
7. Privacy
Your use of Transa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
8. Disclaimers
Transa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Transa if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Transa at any time and request deletion of your account.
